Forgosh of Art 3 Gallery has facilitated the creation of a memorial sculpture recently erected at the east end of the "Hands Across the Merrimack Bridge" in Manchester, NH. Constructed of
tig-welded quarter-inch thick bronze racks and plates by well-known sculptor Chris Williams of Essex, MA, the bull weighs one ton and is visible from Route 293, especially when the sun shines. According to a press release from the Alex Shapiro Charitable Trust, the bull was installed "to commemorate Manchester's entrepreneurial tradition as exemplified by the founders and employees of Granite State Packing Company and
Jac Pac Foods."
